In a recent survey we conducted, it was revealed that only 16% of employers believe that their employees were saving enough for their retirement. In addition, it also revealed that only 18% believe that their employees are aware of the various income options available to them at retirement which means even those who have saved for retirement may not be maximising their retirement income. This is important, given that for many choices made at retirement are often the biggest financial decisions an individual can make in their lifetime.
